Approximately 375 acres of hayland and improved pasture. The hayground are mostly young stands of alfalfa, and alfalfa mix, and is in good condition, producing 2-3 tons/acre. Eighty five acres reseeded in 2022.

The balance of the acreage consists of unimproved pasture, forest and timber land. Approximately 100 acres are a regenerated stand of 30 year-old pine left to grow for future income.
